Potato eggs are a traditional food in east Pakistan, especially in Punjab. Even I think many people know how to cook it. Potato eggs are usually served for lunch, which is the main meal of the day in eastern Pakistan. You can get this in the hotel, and you can make it in your home. I like to cook them because they remind me my Pakistani food.

First, wash all the vegetables that you need in this potato eggs dish. Next, cut the potato in small pieces. Put some oil in the large frying pan and put in potato and onion. Use a spoon and mix it. After two or three minutes put inside ½ cup water.

When it’s going to be brown, put 1 tbsp red pepper powder and also add salt. Third, take a cup and break the eggs in the cup. Mix it and put it in the pan with other things and mix it. After five or six minutes, lift the potato eggs out with a spoon.
