The dish I am going to be talking about is curry chicken.  You can eat curry chicken with anything: rice, dumplings, banana greens, yams, or potatoes.

  It can be eaten anywhere, like at home, a restaurant, or you can buy it  from a store.  You can eat curry chicken any time you want, it’s not really a special food.

First, you clean about five chicken breasts and then you cut them up and put them in a pot. 

After that, you add some green pepper, season salt, black pepper, onion, tomato, and some curry.  Then you mix it up together.

Next, you put some oil in a medium pot and you let the oil get hot.  Then you put only the chicken in the oil and let it fry. 

 

When the chicken is fried you put some water on the seasoning that you left in the pot.

 Then you put the seasoned water on the chicken and leave it until the water is boiled out and left only oil.   Then it is ready to eat
