Chicken curry is a food from India (Tamilnadu).  It is a spicy chicken with some gravy.  It is an all time recipe.  We can eat it any time we want.  Usually people make it at home on special occasions, you can see them in all Indian restaurants.

In India there are so many villages, like 73% of the land is village.  The village people don’t have any luxury life.  They won’t use stoves to cook these foods, they will cook with wood.  They will keep lots of wooden sticks, and they will start the fire, heat the vessel and cook the curry.  Even in the city when they have a party or a get-together, marriage, engagement or birthday party they cook like village people, but here they will use a very big vessel to cook.

We can eat this chicken curry with rice or Indian rice pancakes.  This recipe is very special to me because I like this food and it reminds me of my relatives and my country.
