The dish is called cassava leaves and it is green in color. They wash it first and then grind it before cooking. This recipe is from Sierra Leone west Africa.

If you do not want your cassava bitter you should follow these steps. First, wash the pot. Turn on the oven like 6 minutes. After that, put the palm oil, fish, and white maggi in the pot. Secondly, I use a wood spoon to mix it if it is boiling. I add bell pepper and onion. After that I put in the cassava leaves and keep boiling over ten minutes when I taste if it has finished cooking.
