My favorite food is Carne Asada. It is one of my tradition food from my country Guatemala. Carne Asada is roast beef that is kind of large. 

Carne Asada should be with rice, salad, and tomato soup. It is usually served as lunch or dinner, which is the main meal of the day. You can eat it in any Latino restaurant if you cannot cook it. 

This dish is my favorite and I like to do it. When I eat this dish, I remember my country.

 



2 pounds of beef
3 red tomatoes
1 spoon of garlic salt
1 quart of oil
3/4 cup of water
1 lemon
1tsp salt
1tsp onion salt

Fork
Spoon

First, wash the roast beef. Second, put the roast beef in a bowl. Next, put the ingredients with the roast beef, then season the roast beef with the ingredients.

Put the oil into a big pan. After that, put the pan on the stove and when the oil is hot, put the roast beef on the pan. Turn the roast beef with a fork.

When the roast beef is dark (it should take 30 minutes), it is finally ready to eat.
